Chelmsford City Council are on an exciting journey of digital transformation. Through the implementation of new technologies and application development, we are completely reinventing the way our business teams work and the way the Council delivers services to all our customers, both internal and external. Our programme of change will move the organisation to a single platform built on Microsoft technologies

This is an incredible opportunity to join Chelmsford City Council as a level 2. You will deliver high-end development using Agile methodology within a mixed ability development team. You will confidently contribute to analysis and technical solution designs and improvement in efficiency and quality, technology and tooling.  

Primarily we are looking for candidates that have the following experience in:

  • Customising and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Microsoft Azure Services
  • Database Principals and SQL
  • Using Azure DevOps for source control and VSTS for build and release management
  • C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angular
