Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments/Annual Reviews
We are looking for an individual who will be committed to providing the best service possible for our children, young people and families. You will be an experienced leader who will be a member of the SEND Assessment & Review Leadership Team. As Team Leader you will have overall responsibility for Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments, planning strategically and working with families, young people, schools and partners to ensure timeliness in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice. You will be required to lead, support and motivate a team, striving for continuous improvement within the context of Royal Greenwich Children’s Services Core Values.
