The Royal Greenwich SEND Assessment and Review Service is a busy, vibrant and diverse service, committed to supporting children and young people with Education, Health and Care Plans, their families, schools and partners.  Like many other local authorities we are experiencing greater demand in all areas and the number of Education, Health and Care Plans we maintain has increased significantly.

Travel Assistance Co-ordinator – Scale 6 (£27,978 - £28,992)

We are looking for individuals to join our Travel Assistance Team who are able to work collaboratively with children, young people, families and schools to look creatively at travel assistance solutions while promoting independence for children & young people with SEND.  You will need excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have experience using computerised systems including Microsoft Office and be able to work to work to deadlines.
