We’re home to the most important conversations happening today. And we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. We are looking for an OD and L&D Data and Project Officer to join our friendly team on a temporary basis, to provide backfill for a colleague on secondment for a period of six-months.

The role

Are you proactive with a passion for learning? Have you got a real interest in analysing data within a learning environment?

This is an opportunity to shape the future of learning in Camden and join our friendly L&D team for a period of six-months (with possibility of extension).

This role is vital to supporting our online learning spaces, with a key focus on managing our learning management systems. Over the 6 months we will be particularly focusing on the learner experience of our virtual spaces, and on using data more effectively.

You will also work in partnership with teams and services across Camden to develop learning and development opportunities and interventions for staff at all levels. This will take the form of smaller and medium sized projects.

You are someone who can confidently manage data and is able to empower colleagues to use data to support learning across Camden. You will have excellent Excel skills and be able to share your knowledge/skills with other members of the team.

You will be a confident project lead with some experience in the L&D field and have the ability to work with stakeholders from across Camden to deliver change. You act positively, flexibly and constructively, bringing energy and focus to the work. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to coach and train others
