The Role

Can you see yourself playing an important role in leading the teams who manage temporary accommodation and procure private sector properties (prs) for homeless families across Richmond and Wandsworth?

If so, this is an exciting opportunity to work in our unique shared staffing  arrangement serving  both boroughs.

This key role is primarily responsible for ensuring the allocation and supply of cost effective, suitable temporary and settled accommodation to meet the Councils’ statutory homeless duties

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Manager who can lead three teams of temporary accommodation and procurement officers to deliver a high quality customer focussed front line service.

You will be a self-motivating manager with a record of success in service and staff management.

If you have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a very demanding front line service, we need you to apply.
