The Assistant Team Manager post has a pivotal role within our operational services and reflects our commitment to integrating with health partners to achieve high quality services and improve outcomes for our residents.

We are looking for candidates with Social Work England registration and experience of managing and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will also be able to provide comprehensive casework advice and be responsible for staff practice and performance, while ensuring appropriate use of resources and strengths-based practice.
