We are recruiting to two roles, which will both provide IT support and maintenance services for key business applications. Both available roles will work across the boroughs and with customers in diverse teams. One will focus on applications used in Children’s Services and the other will focus on applications used in Adult Social Care.
Whichever role you join us in, the six months of your contract are sure to be varied and interesting. You will enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities, providing responsive first and second line support across multiple applications and a variety of projects. You will develop skills and knowledge in the support of various IT systems, plus a real understanding of governance.
From supporting, testing and updating case management systems, to providing helpdesk support and informal training to social care practitioners, to playing an active role in developing user guides and process documentation, you will help us to help people build better lives.

Systems Support Analyst
Systems Support Assistant
To join us, you will need to have achieved grade C or above in at least five GCSEs including English and Maths. You will bring to the role practical experience of ICT helpdesk or super-user support, development, implementation or project support. A good understanding of data protection requirements will be as important as your ability to solve IT issues.
A collaborative and proactive individual, you know how to juggle your responsibilities in order to keep delivering timely results for others. You are comfortable working with sensitive information and taking part in systems testing. Crucially, you have the ability to communicate clearly in non-technical terms as you support people who are not highly IT literate.
