About the role

This is an exciting new opportunity within our organisation.  As the Apprenticeship & Entry Level Programmes Lead you will have the experience, energy, and ambition to deliver a market leading, inclusive, and innovative apprenticeship and entry level programmes for LB Haringey (LBH).

Working in a complex matrix of directorate and service needs; this role plays a key part in our change management agenda ensuring that the team responds to requests for reskilling and retraining interventions with creativity and speed, in order to build and maintain a flexible, agile workforce.

About you

If you are looking for a new opportunity, you have knowledge of apprenticeships’ structure, delivery, and frameworks/standards and experience or exposure in coordinating apprenticeship programmes, with demonstrable generic project management skills, including planning, prioritising, and persevering, and making improvements in order to achieve project objectives within timescales along with an understanding of how procurement and planning processes can be used to support an increase in apprenticeship outcomes, then this could be the opportunity for you!
