We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our great Neighbourhood Housing Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Officer.

Your role simply put is to work with our customers, being people focused and building relationships with our residents. We don’t just support our customers but are supportive of our team and have three Neighbourhood Housing managers Lizzie, Christine and Natasha who are happy to help and will welcome you to the team!

This role would be to support the Neighbourhood Housing officers in the North of the Borough carrying out generic Housing Management activities including, estate management, processing customer service requests, and tenancy management. So would be an ideal opportunity for somebody wanting to learn more about Housing.

We are looking for somebody ambitious, who is results focused and has the ability to quickly become an ambassador for Lambeth Council. You will be a team player and understand the importance of working together with a range of colleagues, stakeholders and residents to achieve positive outcomes and be proficient at building effective relationships with a diverse range of people. This is essential for the role!
