DLO Groundworks Operatives

We offer a challenging, yet exciting opportunity to work within a brand new Direct Delivery service carrying out repairs to LBL estate communal areas.

You will be work closely with DLO supervisors and planners to primarily deliver Groundwork repairs.  You will ensure right first time completions, working with job planners using hand held devices to prioritise work orders and pass diagnosis to identify any further works required.

You must hold NVQ Level 2 Groundworker or City Guilds equivalent. Previous experience as an Groundworker is essential, preferably in a social housing background.  Experience of working with or mentoring apprentices is desired but not essential.
