Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service is seeking to recruit an individual with the right qualities and skills to lead a team of Risk Technicians working within the Operational Planning Team. The team support the service to meet its legislative requirements deliver specific projects and deliver improvements in line with service objectives and priorities.
The successful applicant should have experience in leading and supporting successful and resilient teams to deliver performance management reports provide quality assurance and complete work activities using specific technology related systems and reporting tools.
They will attend stakeholder meetings and support the operational planning function providing training where required.
Based at Cumbria FRS HQ Penrith
Job Family Role Profile: RT level 10.
Fixed term: 6 months with the potential for that period to be extended.
