Championing high quality education and learning for our children and young people.
Haringey offers the very best of London: diversity, heritage, culture and opportunity. We’re ambitious for our borough’s future – and in particular the future success of our children and young people. To achieve this, we need strong education provision delivered in partnership with our schools and other education providers including the Haringey Education Partnership.
Haringey schools have a history of strong performance over many years. The newly appointed Assistant Director will support, challenge and champion school improvement and education attainment at all levels through managing a range of direct and commissioned services. Reporting to our DCS, Ann Graham, you will provide robust system leadership to ensure that education provision is of the highest quality and that all our children and young people can benefit from an excellent education.
You will have a strong background in school improvement and education leadership. You will be able to evidence success in these areas, either as a teacher, education leader or through experience of an equivalent nature. A teaching qualification is desirable but most of all you will have the passion to improve lives through quality education and learning.
