We have a new development opportunity for someone to join the Adults Commissioning Team in Integrated Health and Adult Care.
About Us
This is an integrated commissioning role working across Lambeth Council and South East London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), based within the Integrated Commissioning Team.
The commissioning team is responsible for overseeing strategic commissioning and service contracts as well as leading and managing relationships within our key partners and provider market.
The role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take the lead on distinct projects within the portfolio of commissioning activity as directed by the relevant Lead Commissioner, with a particular focus on the recommissioning of home care, including but not exclusive to market stimulation and engagement and maintenance of provider and stakeholder relationships.
You will support the co-design of a new service model for home care and help shape the local provider market in a way that promotes the aspirations and ambitions of Lambeth Together.
This includes, but is not limited to, working to support, develop and manage the local market to better meet needs at a time when budgets are constrained, delivery against our savings programmes and coordination and oversight of provider quality and safety.
About you
We are therefore seeking someone who have experience of commissioning services in health or social care, or a similar field and a strong track record of working collaboratively. Ideally you will have experience of shaping the home care market.
