We are looking for people to work on the functional support team who will develop and support the Oracle Cloud system and will work with key stakeholders to drive innovative solutions, to ensure the Council continue to benefit from the newly implemented Oracle Cloud System.

The Post

This is an exciting time to join Brent’s Oracle Cloud Support team.  The Council implemented Oracle Cloud in October 2021 and are recruiting an Applications Support Officer within the Oracle Cloud Applications support team.

The post will report into the Applications Lead.  The Applications Support Team deliver functional support and provide advice and guidance to users, with an emphasis on delivering a high quality service to all Oracle users across the Council. 

The role will work on a busy helpdesk answering calls and will liaise with users and other stakeholders.

The Person

You will have experience of working in an IT support function in a similarly large and complex organisation ideally with experience of supporting Oracle (R12 or Cloud), or another large ERP system.

You will have knowledge and experience of working with key stakeholders and be able to work collaboratively across the Council and with partner organisations.
