The Post

This is a high profile post which provides strategic support and advice to ensure the effective operation and development of Brent’s commercial housing companies, i4B Holdings Ltd and First Wave Housing Ltd.

The successful candidate will work at the centre of the Council and play an important role in developing and delivering the Council’s company portfolio. The role is responsible for working closely with company boards as well as teams across the council and externally which provide services to the companies. It is also responsible for managing risks and issues, developing business plans, policies and other reports and ensuring good governance is in place to support the council’s commercial companies.

The Person

Do you have experience of working with and providing advice to company boards or similar groups?

Do you have experience of managing risks, performance and delivery?

Do you have experience of compiling and drafting board papers and reports?

Do you have experience of managing projects and working with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels?

Do you share our vision and passion for innovative ways of working and great service delivery?
