This is an exciting opportunity to join Lambeth Council’s Capital Works Team, responsible for the management and delivery of a range of exciting and high profile projects to Lambeth Council’s residential housing properties: including , roof renewal/repairs, external fabric repairs, windows renewal/repairs, communal decoration, kitchen/bathroom installations and electrical upgrades.

The successful candidate will be part of a high performing team of project managers delivering a programme of significant and complex capital projects varying in value from £100k to £3m, ensuring specified time, cost, and quality standards are met.

Significant experience and a record of achievement in successfully delivering technically complex and high value capital projects and programmes, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is therefore essential, as is in depth knowledge and experience of programme methodologies and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, including quality and risk management.
