Interim Senior Development Manager

We’re looking to appoint an Interim Senior Development Manager on behalf of a London Borough with an ambitious housing delivery programme to support the Head of Development and manage a small team. In short, the Council are looking for an experienced front-end (new business) development professional to work closely with the GLA and bring multi-disciplinary teams together to carry out development projects, as the client, from inception to completion. In terms of the programme, it consists of council owned sites (inc. infill), a supported living programme, and a corporate agreement with a housing provider for large regeneration schemes.

Ideally, the client is looking to appoint an interim manager to commence the contract in mid-May and are offering hybrid working arrangements (2-days per week on-site).
