Job Details
Cherry Tree Lodge is a registered short breaks home for children and young people with disabilities located in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
We are currently looking for a cook to join our friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis working 18.5 hours per week.
If you have passion for cooking to a high standard and can adapt to the varying needs of our children and young people this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.
As cook you will be responsible for providing a wide variety of home cooked, nutritious meals which will promote healthy lifestyles. You will also need to ensure individual special dietary requirements are met. You will be required to run the kitchen, keep accurate records and ensure all Health & Safety and Infection Control policies and procedures are followed. You will be given the opportunity to complete all necessary training for the role.
You will be required to work two weekends in four.
