In Cornwall, we can do things differently. Our geography, our history, and our very special sense of identity all mean that we can think and act creatively in supporting our communities.
We know the pandemic has hit the least well-off hardest and worsened inequalities in people’s life chances, so we are determined to build back better, greener and fairer whilst developing an empowering and enterprising Council that delivers great value for money. This work has now created a range of key opportunities across the organisation for talented, ambitious people to join us.
Responsible for a set of services that include public protection, waste collection and disposal, and the administration of our development management functions – this role is central to keeping our residents, businesses and visitors in Cornwall safe, and in a clean, well-regulated and accessible environment.
The council is currently undertaking a pay and grading review to which this posts is subject to.
