We have an exciting opportunity for two Organisational Development practitioners to join our Organisational Development and Workforce Training (ODWT) Team at Cumbria County Council.
We are looking for individuals to develop and support managers and staff as part of our ‘Supporting you through change programme’ as we move towards Local Government Reform. If you have an interest in and experience of delivering leadership and management development, coaching and wellbeing topics and love to help develop and support people then we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidates will provide professional advice on bespoke learning solutions delivering high quality sessions in both virtual and face to face sessions. We are particularly interested in creative and passionate applicants who can develop virtual resources for our new learning hub which is a key part of our strategy to provide accessible and inclusive learning solutions.
Do you have an OD/ HR/L&D / leadership and management skillset, with some understanding and experience of delivering change programmes?
Are you creative, and solution focused with experience of working in a fast-paced environment?
Do you have strong influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to appropriately challenge, communicate, coach and support others through change?
Do you have excellent organisational skills, being able to manage multiple priorities at different levels?
