In the aftermath of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team is delivering a multi-million pound refurbishment - co-designed with residents - transforming Lancaster West into a 21st century model estate that is carbon-neutral by 2030.
As a Project Support Officer, with a focus on finance and handling numerical data, you’ll be key to our success. Using solid administration skills, you’ll support the development and delivery of accurate programmes and projects across Lancaster West. From filing reports and documents to monitoring budgets and tracking expenditure, you’ll keep everything running smoothly. There’s plenty of variety and lots to learn. Plus you’ll have the satisfaction of helping to make long-term improvements to residents’ homes and lives.

You are likely to have a background in administration or finance, with excellent Excel and numerical skills. You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office /Office 365 applications, including SharePoint. Diligent and detail-oriented, you’ll have a strong commitment to high-quality customer service. Excellent organisational skills such as multi-tasking and problem-solving will be vital. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, dealing with a busy workload and managing conflicting priorities.
