Head of Quality and Improvement- Adults

Our local authority client is looking for an interim Head of Practice and Quality for Adult Social care, someone that is either QSW, OT or RGN, implementing new QA processes and leading on learning reviews, training and mentoring staff. The role will also include the implementation of a new resource allocation system geared towards strength based practice. Line management of the QA Lead, Principal OT and PSW, reporting into the AD for Adults. The client is looking for someone that is robust and can bring people with them. Someone with a strong ASC background that understands why Quality Assurance is important. Predominantly remote working with occasional travel to office. Negotiable day rate and inside of IR35.
