The Finance service structure is set up to ensure that it has the capacity and leadership required to deliver the excellent service that is needed and expected in order to achieve the Council’s future ambitions. A member of the Financial Services Management Team (see attached structure chart), the post holder will lead the finance team providing high level finance business partnering advice and support to the Leadership Team and Service Managers within the Directorate for Adults, Public Health and Housing.
The post holder will also be a member of the Directorate’s Leadership Team and will be responsible for delivery of a work programme jointly set by the Strategic Director - Adults, Public Health & Housing and the Strategic Director - Finance and Customer Services. The post holder reports to the Assistant Director – Financial Services (Deputy S151 Officer).
