Qualifications: Relevant level 3 qualification in, Youth and Community Work, Youth Work or Education.  Applicants must hold a full, current and valid driving licence and a vehicle with a current valid MOT certificate and they must have adequate vehicle insurance.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Targeted Early Help Service. The post holder will play a vital role in case holding and act as Lead Professional to provide Early Help support to young people and their families.  The role will also be part of delivering interventions and support to young people and families as well as supporting the strengthening and embedding of Early Help processes across the partnership.   This role will quickly establish effective working relationships with partners as part of a shared approach to Early Help to deliver the best support possible to young people and families. 

About You

You will be passionate about Early Help and working with Children and Young People, with operational experience of working with young people and families, in relation to delivering targeted interventions, particularly in relation to preventing Serious Youth Violence.  You will have a good understanding of Early Help with a successful track record of working with partners, undertaking Early Help Assessments and providing direct support and interventions to young people.  You will be positive about change and have an understanding of the need to consistently support change in order to drive service improvements, to deliver the highest quality support and interventions to young people and families.
