Bradford Council has recently made a huge investment in its commissioning capabilities. We want to get the best quality from our dedicated private, independent and voluntary sector providers, shape our care market in line with people’s expectations and future thinking – and develop new models of care integrated with the latest technology. Our new commissioning team will include responsibility for commissioning children’s social care and public health services as well as integrated health and adult care services.
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Commissioner to join our leadership team, reporting to the Assistant Director. Our integrated team will strengthen working relationships with Children’s Services, Public Health and NHS partners as well as the wider council and the CQC. The role will also work closely with the Bradford Integrated Care Board and the Bradford System partnerships and our unique ‘Act as One’ strategy.
