Our Integrated Care System is well established and a joined-up approach defines how we work. As the sector prepares for major strategic changes in the form of the new CQC assurance framework and the Adult Social Care Price Cap, we are reviewing and developing our service provision to make sure we are at the forefront of good practice. Both of these roles will be vital to this work.
Our Director of Operations for Adult Social Care will be the lead social work professional responsible for overseeing our provision. It’s a role with customer care and professional rigour at its heart.
