To prioritise and manage workflow for Hard Facilities management at County Hall and other key sites ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and Health and Safety,  manage the mechanical & electrical maintenance teams, project manage and co-ordinate all aspects of reactive, planned and minor works at the managed sites, play a lead role in planned and un-planned evacuations of the site and at certain times attend emergency callouts as and when they arise
  
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• NEBOSH/IOSH and relevant M&E or Building qualification
• Leading and managing a maintenance team
• Able to produce Dynamic Site based Risk Assessments, safe system of work & construction phase CDM plans
• Attention to detail with good level of numeracy & literacy skills
• Ability to plan & organise own work and that of others
• Full driving licence
