The Senior Learning & Development Advisor is responsible for leading and managing a diverse team, delivering high quality, blended,learning & development activities that support both key departmental priorities and the Council's People Strategy. The post requires an understanding of the learning needs of each department within their remit and being able to react responsively and flexibly to changing priorities. The post holder will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the organisation in developing training plans and relevant approaches to the delivery of learning and development, with a focus on digital delivery,supporting the Council's new ways of working.
