As Social Worker working in a well established Family Assessment and Support Team (FAST), with the focus of interventions support children, their family and network to make positive changes that continues after we no longer need to be involved. Our practice model is designed to work on developing relationship with families to keep children safe and families together, with the right intervention at the right time in the right place.
As a service, we are committed to creating a healthy culture where social workers have forums to share their views about the organisation and environment in which they work.
