The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and proactive team who are passionate about providing top level customer service and supporting delivery of the Councils statutory obligations.
Our Service Centre team provide a variety of key service provisions. We deliver a high-quality service that meets the customer needs (both internal and external) whilst optimising technology and improving processes to deliver an excellent customer experience.
You will be responsible for following procedures and statutory regulations on behalf of the Department of Transport in relation to applications for Disabled Blue Badges and the Highways Service, you will liaise with customers and stakeholders via several methods ensuring a confident and professional approach, attention to detail is key in this role.
