The Service
The HR/OD Service is made-up of an exciting and dynamic team of HR, Learning and Organisational Development and Recruitment and Selection Professionals. This role will sit within the Learning and Organisational Development sub-team which is responsible for delivering learning across face-to-face and online platforms to a large and varied workforce.
The Role
Working within the Learning & Organisational Development Team, the L&OD Advisor (Adult Social Care) will lead on the development and delivery of training and qualifications for staff in adult social care settings, including statutory, voluntary sector organisations and private service providers. You will be responsible for collating workforce information and reporting to relevant partnership boards. You will be joining a supportive team, passionate about using our corporate values to design and enable creative innovative learning solutions and improve service delivery for anyone affected by domestic abuse.
This is a full-time 37 hrs per week post.

Essential requirements
- Qualified to degree level Recognised teaching/training or learning & development qualification or teaching & learning knowledge acquired through relevant training and experience working in a training, teaching & learning environment at an equivalent level. Relevant qualification related to health and/or social care.
