To assist the Strategic Planning & Transportation team in developing an integrated transport policy. Assist in developing and taking forward schemes and preparing preliminary designs and reports of both a technical and policy nature. Assisting in public consultation procedures and liaising with all interested parties both within and outside the Council.

You will be required to have possession of a degree in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, Town Planning or other qualifications that would permit progression to an MSc in Transport Planning or MA in Spatial Planning.

37 hours per week
