We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic practitioner with significant experience as a qualified social worker to lead a busy and committed safeguarding team in our South East Locality. Stoke on Trent are committed to providing vulnerable children with the best service so they can receive timely help and protection. Restorative practice is our chosen practice model and we are committed to supporting children and their families using a strengths based approach. If you think you can support a small team of social workers to undertake creative, relational direct work with children and their family, forge strong and productive multi-agency relationships and be part of the team that is working on a well set out improvement journey please make your application.
