We are looking for a Service Manager for the Adoption Service who shares our values and passion to improve outcomes for children and young people. You will have a good understanding of the challenges that children and families face.

The successful candidate will continue to develop on the already in place Regional Adoption Agency.

One of the primary aspects of the role of a Service Manager is to lead and manage Adoption Social Workers with the support of Team Managers to ensure the delivery of an effective adoption service to children and adopters in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures.
