We are looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic officer for a 12 month fixed term position to join our Internal Audit team delivering excellent audit services to the County Council, its group entities and a small number of external clients.
You will be part of the Internal Audit and Risk Management Service which operates very effectively and is valued throughout the organisation whilst aiming to continually improve. We are searching for a conﬁdent and focused individual who will bring enthusiasm to the role, making a real difference to the Council and its services.
You will perform and assist in performing high quality audits to a range of customers, in accordance with the Strategic Audit Plan, under the direction of the Group Assurance Manager or Senior Auditor and prepare clear and concise audit reports at the conclusion of each audit assignment. If you have an analytical mind and are practical and solution focused, then this role could be for you.
