This is a great opportunity to join the newly formed Change & Improvement Team working at the heart of the Council to help define, support, and deliver significant organisational change.

The team is made up of a small number of motivated individuals who report to the Chief Executive, Debbie Warren. The team leads on Strategic Planning, Delivery Management, Policy Research and Corporate Performance Management.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Council, we are in the process of drafting our new 4 year Corporate Plan and have a significant number of ongoing change programmes across our services. The post holder will work on a daily basis with the Senior Leadership of the Council to help drive forward organisational change and deliver improvements for our residents.
