We have recently invested in our growing legal team and completed a governance review to ensure we continue to develop effective partnerships with our Members and that our processes are resilient. But we are not standing still! You will continue to develop and embed the improvements we have made, shaping our teams, our external relationships and improvements to our practice. Our new Director will enhance the effectiveness of our governance processes across major schemes of work ensuring the Combined Authority delivers the best outcomes for our communities and that we maximise our investments.
The successful candidate will be someone who sees legal services as an enabler, managing risk whilst continually seeking opportunity in how we operate and do business. Most importantly, you will be a skilled relationship manager, able to engage with a wide range of stakeholder groups, including politicians.
