Based in the Heart of the National Forest, the Council is one of the fastest growing areas in the UK outside of London and the Southeast.
The increase in the residential population and business growth, together with the changing expectations of how people wish to interact with the Council post Covid, provides opportunities to develop systems, customer standards and processes to deal with these challenges.
Excellent Customer Service is a key aim in the Council’s Corporate Plan. This role will be at the centre in driving forward the Service to meet these challenges and to set the standards for all Council services.
