You will need energy, enthusiasm, dedication and creativity in this role, and you will need to demonstrate that you can do the following things really well:
- Work collaboratively with a range of agencies.
- Support councillors to be effective corporate parents
- Think strategically and laterally, using your own initiative as well as working with others.
- Communicate well and have good interpersonal skills
- Prepare excellent written communications.
- Understand the environment of children’s services and especially the needs of looked after children and care leavers.
You will need to hold a Degree and relevant experience.
