An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Housing Solutions Service as an Accommodation Officer you will be responsible:  To provide a holistic temporary accommodation service to ensure that licence agreements are managed effectively and move on from temporary accommodation is achieved efficiently. To support and assist households into alternative accommodation including both social housing and in the private sector.  To liaise with landlords and managing agents to increase access to the Private Rented Sector. To provide advice, assistance and support to landlords in undertaking their duties as a Private Landlord with the objective of preventing homelessness. This is a rewarding if high pressured environment.

You are required to have Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 qualification or equivalent as a minimum.
