The SENMAS Team are seeking an EHC Support Officer to join this busy, enthusiastic team whilst they strive to improve SEN Education Health and Care Plans across the city.

 An ability to manage own time, organise workload and maintain excellent working relationships between professional, schools, parents and young people is vital. 

The ideal candidate will have an interest in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and a basic knowledge of the Statutory restrictions outlined within the SEN Code of Practice. 

 A good working knowledge of IT systems is desirable alongside the ability to issue clear written correspondence and act as the first point of contact with parents and young people living within the city of Stoke on Trent
