This is a temporary, fixed term post for 12 months working Monday to Friday, hours are flexible.
We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our strong Community Enablement Team.
You will enable managers of the Enablement Team to monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the service by collecting data and producing reports on demand, capacity and performance. You will help to track and provide updates to managers on the progress service users through the service, highlighting blockages to efficiency and effectiveness.
The role will require you to:
Have advanced skills in IT such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Liquid Logic
The ability to develop reports, spreadsheets and databases
