An exciting opportunity has arisen to take the lead on the design and implementation of Family Hubs in Stoke-on-Trent. Stoke-on-Trent is one of 75 local authority areas to receive funding to develop a model of service delivery to meet the needs of children and families across the city.
Our ambition in Stoke-on-Trent is to create a network of provision consisting of services based in local venues that are familiar and accessible to families, outreach services to meet the needs of the most vulnerable children and families and a new digital offer that is accessible to all.
The successful candidate will have experience of senior leadership, building and sustaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, experience of leading project delivery in a timely and efficient way and a detailed knowledge of the issues affecting children and families in Stoke-on-Trent.
