As part of a team you will be responsible for providing an excellent, welcoming and efficient service to all customers. Support people to find information and resources they need. Promote customer choice and enjoyment in reading. Assist customers and promote use of IT and digital services.
- Interest in reading, learning and cultural services
- Active interest and experience of digital technology
- Literacy and numeracy to be able to undertake library duties
- Ability to deliver a high quality customer service
