The Role

Responsible for the administration of the Council’s HR, Payroll and Recruitment function, you will be following service procedures and statutory regulations therefore must be confident and always have a professional approach.

To deliver a first-class customer service enabling queries to be handles in a timely manner, dealing with discrepancies and queries relating to hours, pay rates and absence.

You must have the ability to work within timescales and meet deadlines whilst delivering an enhanced customer experience. 

Previous payroll experience, knowledge of pension administration and HMRC regulations would be an advantage.
