We are looking for a Business Support Officer with good organisational, planning, communication and digital skills to join our supportive Adult Learning team in Copeland. We offer a wide and extensive range of subjects to our learners, and the right candidate will continue to support our service to deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally.

Adult Learning rated Good by Ofsted at our last inspection is now on a journey towards becoming an Outstanding provider. Our service is focussed on provision which transforms the lives of our most disadvantaged communities, enhances employment opportunities and meets the needs of local employers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will deliver business support for the Copeland centre. You will work with your Line Manager and other staff such as a Community Development Worker and Tutors as part of the centre team.

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and enthusiastic, with the ability to deliver a high standard of business support service. You will need to possess good digital skills, be able to meet deadlines and have an excellent attention to detail.
