About the service

The groupwork service co-ordinates, promotes, quality assures and evaluates the delivery of evidence based parenting and domestic abuse groups in the borough. 

About the team

We are a small friendly team. We are part of Wandsworth LINKs service and have developed our parenting and domestic abuse groups, delivering in person and evening virtual groups. You will receive individual and groupwork supervision as well as join our reflective space to explore practice. We would love to hear from you.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced person who has previously delivered groups. You should be accredited and have delivered our core parenting programme Strengthening Families Strengthening Communities (SFSC) and have experience of delivering a domestic abuse group for mothers. It would be ideal to be trained in Caring Dads and / or the Community Group Programme which are part of our core offer.

You will not only be delivering groups but also contributing to the evaluation and evidencing of outcomes of groupwork, identifying need and co-ordinating groups on a termly basis.

An important aspect of the role can be offering groupwork supervision to multi-agency facilitators and so experience of supervision is desirable as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work in partnership with colleagues and partners
