Wandsworth’s successful School Advisory Service is expanding to include an Early Years Adviser Team (EYAT). We are looking for a Senior Early Years Adviser to join our amazing team and help continue to achieve positive outcomes for children in Wandsworth!
About the service
From 1st September we welcome and support managers and staff from the PVI sector and continue to provide valued EYFS support in our primary and maintained nursery schools. Our aim is for all EYFS settings to be either good and better, filled with motivated adults and curious learners, the environments and curriculum are stimulating so children are confident, independent and skilled for the future.
About the team
The team will consist of one senior and three advisers. The service operates year-round and the role is home based and office based.
About the role
The Senior Early Years Adviser will work and interact in Early Years settings with children, adults, managers, and headteachers, modelling best practice in pedagogy, and business skills and implementing statutory guidance.
The position is also a strategic one as it includes monitoring the EYFS Adviser Team, ensuring place sufficiency, that all statutory guidance is implemented and EYFS settings secure and maintain good and better ratings.
