2 x Occupational Therapy Assistant and Adult Practitioner 37 hours per week permanent

1 x Occupational Therapy Assistant and Adult Practitioner 18.5 hours hours per week permanent

Scale 5 - £23023 to £24920 per annum (pro-rate for part-time role)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a small team of hybrid roles based in the Independent Living Centre to support the development of Adult Social Care. The team will be supported by the Occupational therapy lead and Community Led Support Co-ordinator to offer booked and walk in appointments for individuals in the community. To provide advice and guidance to promote independent living and assess and provide low level equipment to support the prevention ethos. The team will also review and support those who have had a recent period of enablement after ill health or acute admission to regain independence and link with their communities.

The post holders will be trained to complete Occupational Therapy assessments and Care Act Assessments and reviews as part of the role.
