Our service supports people living with dementia who are being discharged from hospital or struggling at home.  It combines rehabilitation and a comprehensive mental health assessment in order to maximise independence, autonomy, choice and control.  This increases the potential for individuals to return to their home and community.

Our Domestic Assistants play a vitally important role in maintaining the general upkeep and cleanliness of the building to ensure that the environment is clean and safe for the people being supported by the service as well as for those working and visiting the unit.  The main duties are working cleaning the offices and general living areas, will also include working in the kitchen and laundry.  The general cleaning of the home deep cleaning following a cleaning schedule.  Kitchen duties include washing dishes and food preparation.
